Educational and vocational institutes alike face the challenge of catering for the needs of an increasingly diverse learner population within the context of a dynamic economic environment that does not provide clarity as to future areas of real growth and employment opportunities. QHC’s collaborative improvement planning with education and training providers takes account of these environmental factors to assist organisations design, develop and implement learning experiences that result in more engaged learners and higher levels of achievement, and this is done by supporting and developing those who teach as well as those who manage and govern.
