Senior leaders and school teachers
Classroom Practice course has been designed to introduce teachers and school leaders to develop a support tool for improving classroom practice that is aligned to the regional and international best practices. By providing a validated and evidence-based tool that describes what practice looks like at increasing levels of sophistication, the classroom practice will support teachers to observe one another and talk about their practice. The practice enables teachers to self-assess and reflect upon their practice and to seek feedback in order to improve and move to the next level of performance.
- Provides effective professional learning that emphasises reflection and feedback on practice to improve learning
